Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA)
The objective of Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) is to increase access for those with a learning disability to regular sporting opportunities and to build confidence, self-esteem and skill level of current members. But in addition to training sessions, members of SOSA are also given the opportunity where possible by SOSA to compete in local, regional and national events.

Daylight Club
The Daylight Club is a very friendly social club for adults of working age with physical disabilities living in the St Albans District.
